“When you look at a picture, you take it in all at once. As you sit with the image, it begins to tell a story or share an emotion.”

As a person-centered therapist and former art educator, I approach therapy as a shared creative journey. I believe in the power of image-making as a way to process, express, and heal—without the pressure to explain or justify. Sometimes, the art speaks for itself. And other times, we find clarity through exploring what it evokes.

I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating identity, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, or a sense of not belonging. My background includes supporting Third Culture Kids (TCKs)—those who grew up in a culture different from their parents’—and I understand the nuances of finding your place when your sense of home is layered and complex.

My strengths lie in deep listening, nurturing presence, and creating a calm, safe space where clients can be themselves. I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your inner world through words, images, or both.
Whether you’re reconnecting with your creative voice, healing from overwhelm, or simply seeking space to breathe and be—I'm here to walk alongside you.
