Neuro-Divergent Art Therapy Group

This specialized art therapy group provides a welcoming and inclusive space for neuro-divergent teens, particularly those with an Autism diagnosis.

Through the therapeutic power of art, participants will:

- Explore & Express: Engage in creative projects that encourage self-expression and emotional exploration.
- Learn & Grow: Discuss topics like Autism, mental health, development, and navigating relationships in a
supportive environment.
- Build social skills: Practice communication and collaboration in a structured, judgment-free space.
- Celebrate strengths: Share passions and hyper-focused interests, connecting with others who understand
and appreciate their unique talents.

Led by Bridget, an experienced and empathetic therapist, this group fosters connection, confidence, and creativity, helping middle and high school teens navigate their unique journeys with support and encouragement.

WHO: Rising 6th - 10th graders
(*consideration for young 11th graders*)
WHERE: Community Arts Joy Street Location (11402 Joy St.)
WHEN: SUNDAYS @ 11am - 12:15pm
COST: $60 / 75-minute session, billed monthly
