Navigating middle school can be especially stressful. The focus of these groups is skill building and making a place where the teens can support and give empathy to each other. Your teen will learn new communication skills, as we work through anxiety reduction strategies.

This is an ongoing tween / teen Art Therapy process groups for middle school aged clients. Our process groups continue each week with the same group members, creating a supportive, safe, and social environment for teens to explore themselves and deepen their relationships with others.

Open to teens ages 11 to 14.

Payment for the month will be collected / charged at the beginning of every month.
Ongoing process groups are renewed on a monthly basis.
$60 per weekly session
