Life can often present itself with unexpected challenges. Whether you're navigating relationships, managing stress, or facing loss, depression, or anxieties, no one should have to go through it alone. I provide services to children, teens, and adult individuals from diverse backgrounds including those from various racial groups, LGBTQIA+ communities, and other marginalized identities. It is my privilege as a therapist to walk alongside my clients so that we face these adversities together and work to build an enriching and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I draw from a variety of evidence-based theories including existential psychotherapy, person-centered, and cognitive behavioral. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also specialize in Art Therapy. No two people are alike and each treatment plan is unique to meet the client's needs.

Finding the right counselor can be a lot like making a friend, you may not always be compatible with everyone you meet and that's okay. I offer a complimentary phone consultation prior to the first session to answer any of your concerns and see if we might be a good fit. I’m currently accepting new clients and happy to accommodate school and work schedules.
